padelmiks: Padel Game privacy policy
This policy covers the padelmiks: Padel Game game – on padelmiks.com and in the iPhone and iPad app. The game collects little data: it has no ads, doesn't track you across other apps and websites, and doesn't sell or share data for marketing.

What data we collect and why

Game settings (language, camera, sound, controls) are stored only on your device – they never reach us.
Consent to stats on the website
On your first visit to padelmiks.com we ask for consent to stats. The game works the same without it. You can withdraw or give consent again at any time in the game settings (gear icon → Stats).
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare – hosting the website and the online game servers,
- Supabase – account and match database (servers in the European Union),
- Apple – Sign in with Apple and App Store purchases, under Apple's privacy policy,
- Google – only when you sign in on the website with a Google account.
Some of these companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. This is based on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
How long we keep data
- The link between a device ID and events – up to 2 days. After that, only aggregated daily counts without any IDs remain.
- Player account (Sign in with Apple) – until the account is deleted.
- Match records – until the account is deleted. After deletion, the match stays in the stats without any link to you.
- Technical error data – up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time – this doesn't affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
To delete your player account or exercise other rights, write to kontakt@padelmiks.pl. You can also disconnect Sign in with Apple in iPhone Settings: Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl), or with the authority in your country.
The game is suitable for everyone and doesn't knowingly collect children's data beyond what is described above.
